Mr. Holtz is the Policy, Implementation, and Evaluation Project Manager for the Coordinating Center and manages the Policy, Implementation and Economics Core and facilitates all workgroup activities in this domain.

He provides policy implementation support for the Institute at large. Prior to joining the Institute, Mr. Holtz worked as a research administrator at the Institute for Social Research, providing full project lifecycle support for sponsored research at the Center for Political Studies, Population Studies Center, and Research Center for Group Dynamics. He holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and a Master’s in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
