Alejandro Carrillo joined the CLIF-VP Coordinating Center as a Senior Statistician in August 2024. He earned his doctorate in Social and Personality Psychology from Michigan State University, where he studied how race impacts decisions to use deadly force and weapon identification. Alejandro brings a strong background in data science, data analytics, and behavioral research to his role, advancing research initiatives and supporting collaborative projects at the CLIF-VP Coordinating Center and the Institute for Firearm Injury Prevention.
