Dr. Eisman focuses on improving the implementation of evidence-based practices to benefit adolescent well-being, within school and community settings. Her research centers on combining implementation science with health economics, she empowers providers, leaders, and organizations to effectively implement programs addressing substance use and mental health. Community engagement is a cornerstone of her research program, fostering collaborations with implementation practitioners, educators, state agencies, and community organizations.
